We mow lawns, we pick up leaves, and we move snow
The Good Neighbor Project serves and models service to others. Its Headquarters is based in Tuscarawas County, OH.
The project acknowledges that communities are diverse spaces with residents that have many different needs. The project seeks to meet specific needs in simple and sincere ways.
To meet these needs, The Officers of the Good Neighbor Project identify community needs, plan and enact solutions by securing funding, material, equipment and volunteers, to launch and follow through with community based efforts.
Each initiative undertaken by The Good Neighbor Project is done out of a “neighborhood expression of care”. The Project does not sell any product to the residents it helps. The Project is not a platform to impose personal views on the residents it serves.
The actions of The Good Neighbor Project are based upon the notion that “great things happen in the service of others”. As such, The Project provides positive experiences to those it serves and the volunteers that partake in service.
